Distortion

Created as a final project in a game development workshop course, this unique first-person puzzle/platformer gives players the chance to explore an abandoned moon base using a pair of mysterious technological gloves. By generating powerful singularities, players can bend and warp their physical surroundings to solve puzzles and overcome obstacles. Produced in collaboration with 7 developers, a vertical slice demonstrating the game's gameplay mechanics and potential was produced over the course of 11 weeks. As one of the project's game designers, I was responsible for designing the game's many puzzles and levels. You can learn more about the development of this project by visiting the Team Gummies dev blog here.
