Minimums, Turnaround Time & Artwork Submission Guidelines

MINIMUMS


Minimum Order Quantity : 24 pieces per design.

This minimum applies to all our services including screen printing, and

embroidery. 

Pricing decreases significantly as quantity increases.

Minimum order quantities also apply to print size.

Ex. Customers can not add a small youth/toddler shirt to an order of adult shirts as the

print size must be changed; requiring its own minimum order.

COMPANY POLICY, Our operation is primarily set up for larger production. Smaller

orders are time and labor extensive for our

facility. Smaller orders have a higher cost due to the amount of labor and time put into

setting up the presses for shorter print runs.


TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround time is 10-14 business days from the approval of artwork proof

and the receipt of payment. Turnaround time is

based on customer needs and current production schedule. This turnaround time is not

guaranteed. 

Please make us aware of any specific in-hand due date you may have when placing

your order.

Requested deadlines do not make them effective. If a specific due date is required, it

must be approved by Sharpe Designs Service, LLC at the time of

order placement.

COMPANY POLICY,   Our production schedule can and often fluctuates based on

current production needs.  Sharpe Designs Service, LLC operates

on a first come, first serve basis. As with any manufacturing, the sooner an order is put

in queue the faster it will see production.

While we do everything within our ability to maintain a shorter than average turnaround

time, each order can present unforeseen

challenges which can cause delay. This window of time for turnaround offers a more

realistic time frame for completion of an order. 

All artwork must adhere to the guidelines detailed in the section titled Submitting Art &
Graphics.

Creation, Charges and Payment

Artwork creation is billed at an hourly rate of $35.00, with a minimum charge of one
hour. This same hourly rate applies to any modifications required for artwork that does
not meet submission guidelines. Two free revisions are included in the initial creation
charge. Simple fixes are performed at no additional cost, and artwork reviews are
always free.

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid in full prior to production.

Accepted payment types are cash, check, and credit or debit card. All major credit cards

are accepted. Net 15 and Net 30 terms are

only offered to approved schools, organizations, and contract accounts.

COMPANY POLICY,  

We are not a bank. We are not able to front the funds required to

produce every order and then

wait to be paid/reimbursed for our services. All orders are produced to exact specs

approved by you, the customer. All of our work is

guaranteed 100% and in the rare event that there is an issue with the order we will

absolutely make it right to your satisfaction.

Rush Orders and Vector Redraws

RUSH ORDERS

    Turnaround in 5 business days: +30% charge to total invoice.

    Turnaround in 3 business days: +50%  charge to total invoice.

   

-Rush orders are accepted based on shop and garment supplier availability.

Rush order spaces are limited. Rush orders are not always possible and must be

approved by Sharpe Designs Service, LLC.

Rush charges apply to production time only. If an order is being shipped, Sharpe

Designs Service, LLC is not responsible for delays on the part of the shipping carrier.

The amount of time it takes a carrier to deliver the order is not guaranteed

by Sharpe Designs Service, LLC. We have absolutely no control over delays caused by

UPS or other carriers that may be used.

We do not offer same day printing services.

Vector redraws are charged at $35.00 per file, and copies of these files can be provided
upon request.

File Storage and Ownership

All artwork files submitted are kept on record solely for reorder purposes. Any created or
recreated artwork, along with the accompanying files, proofs, films, and screens, remain
the property of Sharp Designs Services, LLC. These items may be discarded without
notice.

Company Policy

 Creating and correcting artwork is a time-intensive process. Our skilled team assists
you in your order and is compensated at the industry standard rate, ensuring high-
quality service.

Artwork Approval Process

All new and modified artwork must be approved through digital proofs sent by email

before production begins. Approval can be given in person or digitally via email.

Company Policy

This policy ensures that your order is produced exactly as expected, preventing any

surprises upon receipt. It protects both parties by confirming agreement on the artwork

before any printing starts.

SET UP, SCREEN FEES & PHOTOGRAPHIC USE

There are no set up or screen fees.

Photographic Use

All production undertaken by Sharpe Designs Services, LLC is subject to photography

and/or video documentation. This documentation serves various purposes, including but

not limited to advertising and demonstration. Unless explicitly instructed otherwise,

Sharpe Designs Services, LLC reserves the right to utilize these images and videos to

showcase our work, promote our services, and demonstrate our production processes.

This policy ensures that the quality and meticulous attention to detail in our services are

transparently displayed to current and potential clients.

Company Policy

We have a reclaim process that allows us to clean, reclaim, and reuse screens for dozens of orders. Our reclaim process is very efficient and low cost. In addition, we have invested in exposure technology that allows screens to be exposed in seconds, saving an enormous amount of time in pre-press. These savings allow us to not require set up or screen fees.

INK COLOR CHANGES & SPOILAGE

Ink color changes are $20.00 per color per change. Ink color changes are not offered on orders under 48.

Spoilage

The production process, while precise, is not immune to unforeseen and uncontrollable

variables that may lead to occasional mistakes. Acknowledging this, we have

established a spoilage policy designed to manage expectations and ensure customer

satisfaction. The policy is as follows:

 All orders are subject to a spoilage allowance of 3% for 100% Cotton and 50/50

apparel.

 A higher allowance of 5% is applied to 100% Polyester and Tri-blend apparel.

While misprints are a rarity, they are an accepted part of the printing industry. These

allowances are standard practice and help us maintain the integrity and efficiency of our

production processes. Customers requiring an exact count in their orders are advised to

include extra units to account for potential spoilage. In cases where reprints are

necessary within this spoilage allowance, a press reset fee of $10.00 per print

color/screen will be applied to cover the additional setup costs.

Company Policy

Changing an ink color in a screen requires the ink to be removed and the screen be cleaned by hand. This charge covers the time, labor, and any resetting up that may be required as often the screen is removed from the press entirely to be cleaned and have the new ink color added.

SHIPPING, CLAIMS & RETURNS

Orders requiring shipping will be shipped using UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged by the client. Shipping time is additional to turnaround time. Please consider this when placing time sensitive orders. Clients wishing to use their shipping account must make note during order placement.

Claims & Returns

To address any discrepancies or issues with orders, Sharpe Designs Services, LLC has

instituted a claims and returns policy designed to ensure prompt and fair resolution:

 All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the order.

 Clients should immediately email sharpedesigns.print@gmail.com to report any

errors or problems.


 Exchanges and reprints are only available for orders that are unworn, unwashed,

and returned in full. Partial returns will be resolved with credit. Refunds are not

provided.

Company Policy

Once an order leaves our facility, Sharpe Designs Services, LLC has no control over its

handling. We operate under the assumption that all orders are thoroughly checked for

accuracy upon receipt by the client. The 72-hour window for claims is deemed sufficient

for identifying and reporting any issues with an order. All our products are crafted to

precise specifications approved or provided by the client, guaranteeing that our work

meets the highest standards. In the infrequent event of a problem, we are committed to

resolving it to the complete satisfaction of our clients.

SAMPLES

Due to production costs, single printed samples are NOT offered.

Company Policy

The pre-press time and labor involved in screen printing makes it cost excessive to produce just one or two shirts. Our work speaks for itself, and printed samples of previous work can be viewed online or upon request via email.

GARMENT AVAILABILITY

Sharpe Designs Service, LLC reserves the right to substitute garments of comparable brand and/or color when client’s request is unavailable.

SUPPLIED GARMENTS / CONTRACT PRINTING

Sharpe Designs Service, LLC does not provide services for these types of orders.

Company Policy

Due to ongoing issues with quality control, we have made the decision to eliminate the variable of garments being sourced outside of our reputable distributor network.


Conclusion

At Sharpe Designs Services, LLC, we strive to deliver exceptional quality and reliability

in all our services. These policies for photographic use, spoilage, and claims & returns

are integral to maintaining trust, and customer satisfaction. We encourage our clients to

familiarize themselves with these guidelines to ensure a smooth and positive

experience with our services.


DISCLAIMERS

Sharpe Designs Services, LLC is not responsible for variances in size, color, or

construction of garments. Inks and garments can vary in appearance depending on

brand and post-production care. Garments with foil, metallic inks, or other specialty

embellishing should be washed inside out to maximize washability and longevity of the

print. Sharpe Designs Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse service without

explanation. Sharpe Designs Services, LLC reserves the right to change pricing and

terms without notice.
