All artwork must adhere to the guidelines detailed in the section titled Submitting Art &
Graphics.
Artwork creation is billed at an hourly rate of $35.00, with a minimum charge of one
hour. This same hourly rate applies to any modifications required for artwork that does
not meet submission guidelines. Two free revisions are included in the initial creation
charge. Simple fixes are performed at no additional cost, and artwork reviews are
always free.
Vector redraws are charged at $35.00 per file, and copies of these files can be provided
upon request.
All artwork files submitted are kept on record solely for reorder purposes. Any created or
recreated artwork, along with the accompanying files, proofs, films, and screens, remain
the property of Sharp Designs Services, LLC. These items may be discarded without
notice.
Creating and correcting artwork is a time-intensive process. Our skilled team assists
you in your order and is compensated at the industry standard rate, ensuring high-
quality service.
All new and modified artwork must be approved through digital proofs sent by email
before production begins. Approval can be given in person or digitally via email.
This policy ensures that your order is produced exactly as expected, preventing any
surprises upon receipt. It protects both parties by confirming agreement on the artwork
before any printing starts.
There are no set up or screen fees.
We have a reclaim process that allows us to clean, reclaim, and reuse screens for dozens of orders. Our reclaim process is very efficient and low cost. In addition, we have invested in exposure technology that allows screens to be exposed in seconds, saving an enormous amount of time in pre-press. These savings allow us to not require set up or screen fees.
Ink color changes are $20.00 per color per change. Ink color changes are not offered on orders under 48.
Changing an ink color in a screen requires the ink to be removed and the screen be cleaned by hand. This charge covers the time, labor, and any resetting up that may be required as often the screen is removed from the press entirely to be cleaned and have the new ink color added.
Orders requiring shipping will be shipped using UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged by the client. Shipping time is additional to turnaround time. Please consider this when placing time sensitive orders. Clients wishing to use their shipping account must make note during order placement.
Due to production costs, single printed samples are NOT offered.
The pre-press time and labor involved in screen printing makes it cost excessive to produce just one or two shirts. Our work speaks for itself, and printed samples of previous work can be viewed online or upon request via email.
Sharpe Designs Service, LLC reserves the right to substitute garments of comparable brand and/or color when client’s request is unavailable.
Sharpe Designs Service, LLC does not provide services for these types of orders.
Due to ongoing issues with quality control, we have made the decision to eliminate the variable of garments being sourced outside of our reputable distributor network.
